Vehicle scales are used under silos, at factory entrances, as raw material purchase and sales scales. Weighing results are safely stored in the system with the weighing program. Customer information, material type, etc. information is tracked daily, monthly and within two date ranges.
“Mobil Steel – Concrete Platform Scale” is preferred due to its robust structure, resistance to sulfate, corrosion and chemical acids. It is realized by stretching the (pre-tensioned) steel ropes into the steel chassis and placing the concrete.
Concrete is of C50 class and is glass fiber added, steam dried, impermeable to sulphate and chemical acid effects. With surface hardeners, the system is made durable for many years. In this way, the costs such as regular maintenance and painting on the scale are avoided.
